|  It's been a long time coming but the files are making their way to the server as we speak ,so in the next few days, Frag Matrix is to close - only to be replaced with a CoD4 server. Frag matrix was our main server for a long time but as it largely been replaced by the Gun Game server, its time to move on. So what does this mean for you, the playing public . . . . |

| Yes its Frag practice night tonight. Don't moan because the servers are locked and you got kicked, its OUR turn lol. 8PM GMT, usual place, usual faces too lol.
Next Thursdays is RUMBLE night, for those that play in the server as regular players, if I have your E-mail address on the associates list, you will get an invite. If you want to play, send me an e-mail or IM with your e-mail and who you are in server and you will get an invite. Thats NOT for tonights practice, its for NEXT THURSDAY. |

| | Its had a good run but its time to call it a day on Frag Matrix. In the next 2 weeks, Frag Gun Game will move to port 27015 when Matrix ends its run. Its been good but it needs a complete refit as it's been modded and remodded, altered and changed over time. I cannot give an ETA for its return as there are other things I am working on at the moment but it will run much better when it returns. |

| After almost five years of online fragging together, a well attended clan meetup last year and various folks travelling around the country to meet one another, we are now planning on holding our first [FnB] Lan party event.
The finer details of the event are currently under discussion, but it will likey be held in the first half of this year in the city of Brighton in the UK.
The event will take place over a weekend, and is open to all clan members and anyone who plays on our servers.

There are a few new maps you will download, it's currently hosted on our fast content server so your waiting time (if you have not downloaded the new maps directly from this site) will be minimised as the new content is downloaded direct to you and not trickle loaded from the server.

|  ATI, once great bastion of graphic performance have shot themselves in the foot yet again only this time its through the foot then right through their head. The latest culprit is their NEW graphics driver released this very week. ATI 7-11 patch is every bit as good as their last 2 patches which is to say, don't bother to download it and use it all, its just as rubbish as their last patches.
Starting with update patch 7-9, upon install it looked very promising. CS 1.6 played like a dream, even better than the Omega drivers I had been using. Then it was Guild Wars turn, only it didn't run. Oh well thought I, I'll play Archlord then - same story. Well as 1.6 was so good, I'll have a go at CS:S - oh no I wont because it crashed too.
So what can be done then . . . . read on . . . . . |
